      1. Hi alchemist thank you for liking my original qoute (Our crousity well forever unbalance humanity)

It’s a worldly qoute relating our human existence and experience as a human example: if the sun and the earth are not in perfect
        balance we would all die!
Still trying to understand how to use this site!

  1. These are all brilliant quotes and very motivational. I have a dry erase board near my front door which has a quote written on it to inspire before I go out. I’ll have to add a few of these. Thank you for sharing!

  2. Alas, poor Napoleon. He’s a man who, I imagine, was disappointed with the way things turned out (the “die daily” quote above in particular suggests that). I suppose many men are, but for Napoleon, it would have been disappointment on a global scale. I watched Ridley Scott’s “The Duelists” recently, a Napoleonic war film and a beautiful example of how different men approach purpose.

  3. I was trying to find my favorite quote from that list but they are all my favorites! Such a wise man… he should have been a motivational speaker instead of a conquerer!

  4. Thanks yet again, Mr. Alchemist. Jung’s “Inflation,” (regarding the ego and the “self”) is when some guy thinks he is Napoleon, or some Napoleon thinks he is “the guy.” The way to deal with people who shoot intellectuals is surely not to reason with them. We are astonished at the breadth of your study, and hope you are able to continue through the heat over there. Come visit!
